Help and frequently asked questions
The following answers address common questions about how the platform operates. For legal detail, read the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and KVKK Disclosure Notice.
Is ProPosted a conventional job board?
No. ProPosted is built for position-based, structured hiring. Employers define positions and criteria; candidates maintain one structured profile and evaluate inbound contact requests. It is not designed around a public listing wall and unlimited application volume.
How do employers reach candidates?
The employer sends a contact request in ProPosted first. Full contact details and in-product messaging open according to product rules only after the candidate approves. Until then, visibility stays within matching and discovery boundaries.
How does matching work?
Matching references criteria the employer records for each position—profession and specialization, experience and career level, work model and location, languages, software and tools, salary expectations, sector and education fit, and position-specific requirements. There is no claim of a hidden automated scoring engine.
Why are candidates not sending constant applications?
Candidates invest in one structured profile and relevant visibility. Employers initiate requests for suitable roles. The model replaces listing-by-listing chasing and repetitive one-off applications with controlled, permission-based outreach.
Is pricing based on how long a post is live?
Company subscription is organized around concurrent live position capacity in your plan—not pay-per-posting duration. Current limits and checkout appear in company settings when billing is enabled.
What are talent pools and discovery?
Employers may use talent pools and discovery visibility within product rules, not only a single open requisition. Candidate-side visibility remains subject to privacy and discovery preferences.
Why might a company account be under review?
New or updated company profiles may pass a limited review to mitigate misuse. Status is shown on the account; when review completes, hiring capabilities unlock for authorised roles.
How do I submit privacy or data requests?
Use the Contact form or support email with your account address and a concise summary. Proportionate identity checks may apply. Further detail sits in the Privacy policy and KVKK notice.
What are the first steps after registration?
Verify your email and complete role-specific onboarding. You are routed to the candidate or company workspace. Some company accounts may require additional approval under product rules.
Does ProPosted decide who is hired?
ProPosted provides a platform for structured hiring workflows. Hiring outcomes, contracts, and obligations remain between candidate and employer. Data is not sold for marketing; see the legal documents for processing detail.
