Privacy policy

ProPosted provides structured hiring workflows between companies and candidates. This policy explains what we process in the product during the beta phase.

We process account data (email, password hash, role), structured profile fields you submit, operational logs needed to run the service, and messaging content in approved conversations. We do not sell personal data.

Data is used to authenticate users, render profiles and matches, enforce approval-before-contact rules, operate messaging, maintain security and audit trails, and comply with lawful requests.

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to a beta service. Retention follows operational needs and your account lifecycle; specifics may evolve as the product matures.

You may request access or correction where applicable by contacting support. You can deactivate participation by closing your account flow when offered, subject to integrity constraints (e.g. records required for disputes).
