This Privacy Policy explains how we protect personal data and describe processing in connection with the ProPosted platform (“Platform”). It should be read together with the KVKK Disclosure Notice; where both apply, they should be interpreted consistently.

The Platform operates with a permission-based communication model, candidate approval, and position-based hiring evaluation workflows. This policy summarises core privacy commitments.

We may process data needed to operate accounts and profiles, define positions, run matching, send and handle contact requests, record candidate approval, operate messaging, provide support, and maintain security and compliance—including identity/contact data, career/profile data, company/position data, request and message content, technical/security logs, and limited verification/moderation records.

Processing is limited to what is necessary and purpose-bound.

We process data to secure accounts, deliver the service, run matching, operate the contact request and candidate approval model, support hiring evaluation steps in-product, verify companies, moderate misuse, maintain platform security, meet legal duties, and handle disputes.

We do not sell personal data for marketing.

Direct contact details for candidates are not presented as a public directory. Employers are expected to send a contact request through the Platform first.

Until candidate approval, direct contact details are not expected to be disclosed under the product rules. After approval, secure messaging and limited sharing flows apply. Before approval, employers see only a limited scope tied to matching and visibility rules.

This model is consistent with the privacy-first architecture described in the KVKK notice.

Candidate profiles are not designed as unlimited public contact pages. Visibility is controlled through preferences, discovery settings, matching rules and position context.

Talent pools and discovery results are offered under product rules and permissions.

Company accounts may be verified or reviewed to reduce abuse. Moderation and security review may examine content and records as necessary and proportionate.

Companies must use the Platform for legitimate hiring and professional communication and must not circumvent privacy controls or collect data through improper means.

Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel under role-based controls. Access may occur for support, security incidents, moderation and legal needs, in a proportionate manner.

Technical and organisational measures apply; suspicious traffic, automated scraping or abuse may be restricted and logged.

Limited cookies or local storage may be used for sessions, security and core functionality. Details may evolve with infrastructure and be supplemented where needed.

Data are retained for as long as needed for the purposes and statutory periods. On closure or request, deletion or anonymisation is applied in line with law.

Backup systems are addressed where technically feasible.
