This disclosure describes how personal data is processed when you use the ProPosted platform (the “Platform”), which supports structured recruitment workflows between employers and candidates. The Platform is provided under the responsibility of the data controller named below.

Platform administrators and other personnel expressly authorized by the data controller may, where necessary for operating the Platform, providing support, ensuring security, preventing abuse, conducting audits, handling disputes, and meeting legal obligations, access and review — including from logs and backups where applicable — user profiles; information and files you submit; activity and usage records; platform and application logs; messages sent through the Platform; and contact requests or other interaction records. Access is limited to what is necessary for these purposes and governed by internal rules and applicable law.

Depending on your use of the Platform, we process identifiers and account data (e.g. email, authentication data), structured professional profile information, employer and job-related content, technical and security logs, and messaging or contact-request data where the product allows. Processing serves account creation and authentication, delivering matching and hiring features, enforcing approval-before-contact rules, customer support, integrity and security of the service, and compliance with legal duties.

Processing relies on performance of a contract, legitimate interests where applicable (e.g. securing the service), legal obligations, and, where required, your explicit consent. Infrastructure may use trusted service providers; any transfer outside Türkiye follows applicable KVKK and cross-border rules when relevant.

As a data subject, you may contact us to exercise rights such as access, rectification, deletion where applicable, restriction, objection, and data portability where the law provides. We may request proportionate verification before responding; some requests may be limited by law or legitimate interests (e.g. ongoing disputes).

When you register, you confirm that you have reviewed this disclosure. We store the time of acceptance and the disclosure version identifier with your user record so that consent can be demonstrated for onboarding and related processing tied to account creation.
