1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ProPosted platform (“Platform”) between Turkas Mekatronik Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”) and you as a user (“User”).

By using the Platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accept the current Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature and scope of the service

ProPosted is a technology platform that helps employers define positions, run structured matching, review candidates within hiring evaluation workflows, send contact requests, obtain candidate approval, and continue with in-product messaging and related records.

The Platform does not guarantee hiring outcomes. Employment relationships and interview results are between candidates and employers. The Company provides tooling only and is not a party to employment decisions.

3. Accounts, identity and security

Users must provide accurate, current and non-misleading account information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and reasonable security practices.

You are responsible for actions under your account unless you promptly notify the Company of unauthorised use.

4. Contact requests, candidate approval and direct contact

Company users must not attempt to bypass Platform rules to obtain direct contact details or move communication off-platform prematurely. Employers should send a contact request through the Platform first.

Direct contact details are not expected to be available before candidate approval. After approval, communication should continue in the secure flows the product provides.

Candidates may approve or decline requests; there is no obligation to respond.

5. Prohibited conduct and abuse

The following are prohibited (non-exhaustive):

• Harassment, threats, discrimination, defamation or unlawful content. • Misleading positions, companies or candidate representations; forged documents. • Unauthorised data collection, excessive automated scraping, reverse engineering or attempts to defeat security. • Bulk copying or reuse of Platform data outside fair use of the product. • Impersonation or unauthorised account access.

The Company may remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts.

6. Company responsibilities and accuracy

Company users must keep position and company information accurate and run hiring processes lawfully and in good faith.

The Company does not warrant user-generated content but may moderate and review for safety and compliance.

7. Candidate responsibilities

Candidates must keep profiles accurate, not misuse others’ information, and not use the Platform for deceptive purposes.

Candidates control discovery/visibility settings within product rules and decide how to handle contact requests.

8. Subscription, plans and payments

Paid features for companies may be offered through subscriptions or plans. Pricing is not framed as paying per posting duration as the primary model; entitlements are commonly tied to concurrent live position capacity and in-product recruiting permissions.

Payment providers, taxes and invoicing are described at checkout and related notices. These Terms do not replace the payment provider’s terms, but by starting checkout you accept the applicable payment flow.

Plans and prices may change; current information is shown in the product.

9. Intellectual property and licence

Platform software, design and marks remain with the Company or licensors. You retain rights in content you upload, while granting a limited licence to host and operate the service.

Unauthorised copying or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

10. Changes, maintenance and availability

The Company may modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform for maintenance, security, legal compliance or operations. Notice is given where practicable; urgent security actions may be immediate.

The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis; no uninterrupted service is guaranteed, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, reputational harm, data loss, or third-party conduct.

The Company is not a party to disputes between users. User statements are users’ responsibility.

Mandatory legal limits remain; aggregate liability may be capped by fees paid for the relevant event where permitted.

12. Disputes and governing law

Contact support@proposted.com first. Consumer rights remain under applicable law.

Governing law and venues follow mandatory rules where they apply.

13. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced where practicable. Continued use after publication may constitute acceptance; you may close your account if you disagree.
